At The Luxury Quest, we buy and sell authentic pre-loved luxury items. We aim to make designer luxury labels accessible and affordable to everyone while offering the sellers to liquidate their not-in use items.

TLQ  aims at offering a transparent service to all its customers. We don’t take custody of the products at the time of consignment; a product is picked up only after there is an order placed. We follow this process in order to maintain complete transparency about the status of your product.

We at TLQ maintain complete confidentiality on our customers’ personal information. This information is used by us only for the purpose of promoting our products and services. Personal details of our customers are never shared with other customers or service providers that are not directly a part of our supply chain.

Our Story

Founded by Radhika Mundra in September 2020, The Luxury Quest aims to create a customer friendly service to sell & buy luxury items at affordable prices.

Our aim has been to provide an honest service that maintains transparency, confidentiality and is hassle free and as a result we have had zero returns in our very first year.

We started  with an Instagram account and have now added a website, thanks to the response !

HOW IT WORKS

We at TLQ believe in offering a quick, reliable and easy process to our sellers & buyers.

SELL WITH US
  1. To list an item with us, we request our sellers to send us images of their item and share the condition of the product along with its belongings.
  2. Based on the factors listed above, a quote is shared with the seller. We proceed with the final listing once we have the seller’s consent on our email to sell his/her item.
  3. We collect your product only after we have an order. TLQ does not take custody of any items.
  4. Payment is made within maximum of 7 business days from the date of pickup of your product.
BUY FROM US
  1. An order can be placed via our website or one can simply DM us on Instagram. Additionally, buyer can also opt to contact us on our official contact number to place an order.
  2. We offer Online Transfers, Google Pay, Paytm, cash on delivery (Mumbai), etc.All items are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that this is subject to the buyers location & Covid-19 guidelines.
  3. In case of returns we request all buyers to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and keep the tag intact!
