Buying

We strictly deal in 100% authentic items only. All our items are authenticated by Real Authentication. We provide a 100% guarantee on the authenticity of our items.

We usually take maximum of 7 business days to deliver the product after an order is placed. Please note that deliveries & pickups are subject to Covid-19 guidelines. In special cases, we will share the timeline at the time of placing the order.

We offer the following modes of payment:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Google Pay
  • Paytm
  • COD (Mumbai only)
  • Debit/Credit Card

We do not offer the option of EMI. However, please share the time frame you are looking at and we will do the best we can.

Request you to share your pin code with us so that we can confirm delivery to your location.

Yes, we offer express delivery at an additional charge.

Please note that you can cancel the order only if it is not shipped. Once the order is shipped, a buyer will have to accept the order and opt to return the product.

We accept returns only if they are communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please note that our item is delivered to you with our tag on it which needs to remain intact in order for us to accept your return.  After we receive the return, product will go through a quality check process and a refund/credit note will be initiated after it passes the test. Please note that the condition of the product needs to remain the same as it was as the time of delivery.

You can return your item and opt for a refund. All refunds will have a deduction of Rs. 2,000/- once the product passes the quality check process.

We offer credit notes without any deductions and with a validity of 1 year.

Selling

We accept luxury bags, footwear, belts, watches and other accessories.

There is no fixed percentage for items under consignment price of Rs. 15,000/-. For items above Rs. 15,000, we charge anywhere between 30% and 35% margin on the sale price. Please note that our sale price is inclusive of 18% GST under the marginal scheme, shipping charges, authentication charges, spa charges, etc.

TLQ consigns each product for a period of 3 months with an option of extending the consignment period.

We don’t take custody of any items. An item is picked up only once we have an order on it.

A payment is made within 7 business days from the date of pick up of the item

We authenticate each item before selling it. If a product is found to be inauthentic, a charge of Rs. 2,000/- is to be paid by the seller

You can opt to withdraw your item before the consignment period is over at a charge of Rs. 2,000/- per product.

We request for all images to be taken in good light and on white background. Our team will share some reference images with you and all you have to do is replicate them with your product. You can share the images with us via whatsapp or email. Good images always attract buyers.

Once we pick the item, we are responsible for any damage done to the product.

A returned item will be delivered to you within 7 business days from the date on which the return was communicated.

All payments are made  via Bank Tranfer, Google pay or Paytm based on the preference of the seller.

No. Items will not be sent back after pick up. You can have your item back only if it is returned by the buyer.

Sure ! You can ship it yourself. Please note that TLQ is not responsible for any damage caused to any items shipped by the seller.

Please note that the item should be in the same condition at the time of pick up as it was at the time of consignment. All products go through a quality check and an authenticity test before they are shipped to the buyer. We will have to cancel the order if the condition is different when the product reaches us.

Please feel free to ship the item to us and we will be happy to photograph it. However, only one way charge will be borne by us.
