Terms & Conditions

  • The Luxury Quest (TLQ) consigns each product for a period of 3 months. Post the 3 months period, and only after seller’s communication, we can either re-consign the product at a fresh price or send it back to the seller. Please note that if a seller does not contact us after the 3 months period, we will continue to list the item at the agreed price.
  • The re-consignment period will be of 3 months or for a period as agreed by both the parties.
  • Sellers are required to share the actual condition of the product with us. We request our sellers to make a note of any flaws present in the product and notify us of them. Products are handled with utmost care while they are in our custody.
  • We don’t take custody of any of the products consigned with us until there is an order on it. Condition of the product needs to be the same at the time it reaches us as it was at the time of consignment. The Luxury Quest holds the right to cancel an order placed on the product if the condition differs when delivered to us. The shipping charges in this case are to be borne by the seller.
  • The Luxury Quest is not responsible for the products dispatched by the seller until it reaches us.
  • Our company strictly deals in authentic items. An item is shipped to the customer only after it passes the authenticity test.
  • All products consigned with TLQ will be photographed, video graphed and promoted online as well as offline. We respect the privacy of our clients. Therefore, their personal information is not disclosed under any circumstance.
  • In case a product is found to be inauthentic, seller is liable to pay Rs. 3,000/- per product. Shipping charges in this case are to be borne by the seller.
  • We are responsible for all items picked by us from the time it is picked.
  • TLQ charges upto 35% commission on the sale price for products with a consignment price higher than Rs. 15,000/- . Products with the consignment price lower than Rs. 15,000/- have no fixed margin percentage. Please note that our commission includes 18% GST, Authentication charges, shipping charges and other costs.
  • All orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of placing the order. In special cases, delivery time will be communicated to the buyers before the dispatch.
  • Orders will be dispatched only after full payment is received against the product.
  • Returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are met with:
          a. Notify our team within 24 hours of delivery of the product
          b. Keep the product SKU tag intact
          c. Preserve the condition of the product
          d. Pack the item with care in the same or similar box
  • All refunds will be initiated via bank transfer after the products pass the quality check process and within 2 business days of the return delivered to us. Please note that refunds have a deduction of Rs. 2,000/- per product.
  • Credit notes come with a validity of 1 year with no eligibility for returns and refunds.
  • Order cancellations will not be allowed after the order is shipped. Buyers will then have to opt for a return if they do not want the product.
  • There will be a deduction of 10% on the deposit/advance paid if a buyer requests for cancellation after booking an item.
  • TLQ reserves the right to cancel an order at any time.
